This is just an example of how I roll. Please see your physician for medical advice. (I have another video showing how to mix hCG)
For those using the injections while on the hCG diet, there's the choice of IM (intramuscular) vs. SQ (subcutaneous). The angle of entry is different but the standard procedure remains the same.
1) Measure carefully & remove any air bubbles from the syringe.
2) Cleanse the injection site.
3) Insert needle with a rather quick, fluid motion.
4) Aspirate (pull back on the plunger to make sure you didn't hit a blood vessel) If there's no blood flash, continue, if there IS - remove needle, apply pressure & bandaid if needed, disgard the syringe & begin again with a new set up.
5) Slowly and smoothly press the plunger in until all of the medication is delivered.
6) Quickly remove the needle. Apply bandaid if needed.
7) Rotate injection sites to avoid irritation.
Personally, I find no ill effects from the injections, there's no burning, no irritation, no discomfort. I can barely notice any feeling at all with the small 28G needle.
Remember to see your health care professional before starting any program, and don't just take the word of some goob you saw on YouTube. 8oD |
